I'm Honey Hull<\/h1>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

After years of seeing patients trapped in a cycle of pain and temporary fixes, I knew there had to be a better way. As a Nurse Practitioner in traditional pain management, I had spent six years prescribing medications and procedures, often with little success. Many patients continued to experience pain despite surgeries and lifestyle changes, which was frustrating.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

In September 2022, I attended a pain conference session on coaching people with pain via telephone. Seeing the significant progress these clients made inspired me to explore a new approach. I found the Integrative Nurse Coach Academy and began training in April 2023.\u00a0<\/p>

Around the same time, I discovered Pain Reprocessing Therapy (PRT) and used it to address my own chronic Sacroiliac (SI) joint pain, which had persisted since 2011 after an injury. The pain had gradually taken over my life, affecting daily activities, and travel.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>

Through PRT, I realized the pain was linked to emotional stress rather than physical damage. This revelation transformed my experience, leading me to eliminate pain and drastically reduce over-the-counter medication use.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

With this newfound perspective, in 2024, I left my position at the pain management clinic after seven years to start Small Steps Equals Big Changes\u2122, LLC. Now, I’m passionate about guiding others through their own journey of overcoming chronic pain and reclaiming their lives\u2014one small, meaningful step at a time.
